Make a stand for freedom of thought, conscience & religion

Every day in the UK and across the world there are millions of people who are being marginalised and even persecuted for their fundamental beliefs. Even in established Western democracies there is a growing sense that not all world views are equal in the public square. This campaign is asking you to make a stand for freedom of thought, conscience & religion for all.

Together we can send a message to political, religious and world leaders that we want them to take seriously Article 18 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. By endorsing the Global Charter of Conscience, a covenant drafted by some of the world's leading thinkers in this area, leaders of all descriptions can demonstrate their commitment to true freedom and help provide a clear framework in which it can flourish.

 

I endorse the Global Charter of Conscience and call on religious, political and world leaders to do the same in the pursuit of true freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
